in a large house surrounded by trees located adjacent to a golf course.

You will need your own car and you must like dogs.

You will be sharing the house with another two professionals.

  • You will be sharing a house with two other occupants and the landlord. The landlord does not live on the property but uses some of the rooms for his exclusive use.
  • The house is adjacent to a Golf Course in a very quiet part of Johannesburg. You will be woken in the morning by the sounds of birds chirping. The house is very secure and the bedrooms are separated from the function rooms by a passage door. The landlord has owned the property for 18 years.
  • The house has three separate bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a guest toilet, a large lounge, kitchen and patio.
  • You have your own large bedroom which is lockable and for your exclusive usage. One of the rooms has a bathroom en suite for exclusive use by the room occupant.
  • The rooms are furnished with a bed, a desk, a side table, a lamp and large built in cupboards (in two of the rooms).
  • One of the bathrooms has a shower which is for communal use.
  • Each occupant has exclusive use of a carport. Access for vehicles is controlled via an electric gate.
  • We can arrange your own personal LTE data service to your bedroom and house generally. RAIN provide LTE services to the valley. The landlord can supply the modem. You will be responsible for the cost of data used. You will receive throughputs between 26MB/s and 4MB/s from a local tower closeby. The LTE modem will give you your own exclusive WiFi network which will cover the entire property.
  • There is a large garden and a large fishpond. There is a communal braai with firewood for your get-togethers with friends.
  • The communal kitchen has stove, oven, microwave, kettle and large fridge. Each occupant has their own cupboard to store provisions.
  • The landlord will provide gardening and maintenance services.
  • No pets are allowed.
  • You are responsible for your own cleanup of your room and your use of the communal rooms and facilities.
  • The lease agreement is for single occupancy of each room.
  • Use of a washing machine can be arranged. You will need to provide detergent. Lots of drying lines are available in the backyard.
  • The landlord will pay the utilities (electricity and water) provided there is only normal use. Should use become excessive then the utilities bill will be divided between the occupants.
  • The occupant must provide their own bed linen and towels, crockery and cutlery.
  • The landlord lives nearby if emergencies arise.
  • A deposit of one month's rent is required together with the first months rent. The deposit is to cover breakages and will be refunded at the end of the lease less any damage that has to be repaired. Rent is due in advance.
  • A lease agreement will be concluded after a credit check has been passed. The renter will need to provide the necessary information for the agreement and credit check.
  • No smoking inside building.
