The "difficult" prisoners with their guards at High Knoll fort
Difficult prisoners were moved from Deadwood Camp and Broadbottom Camp to High Knoll Fort where they were guarded and
kept seperate from the other prisoners.
The notes on the board being displayed by the sitting prisoner 2nd from the left.
